Everything was very good in Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon. Excellent service. The hotel staff were very good. The room is large and clean. First of all the hotel staff were very kind and helpful . Special thanks for Ms.Ozlem Kaymaz (Fatima) the gust relation manager who had arranged our 30th anniversary with wonderful smile. Also Mr. Hasan (Hotel bag carrier) and Mr. Yavuz ( Car parking driver) were very kind. Second, The hotel location is perfect in the heart of the city center.

The hotel is nicely located in Meydan, where everything is near you, like money exchange, telecom companies, shops, caffès and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room options are varied to accommodate your needs.

The hotel is one of the best in the city its located right in the downtown. Everything is walking distance from the hotel restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. We loved everything about the hotel the staff were very friendly and the manager was very helpful to assist us as we were with very big family.
