First of all the hotel staff were very kind and helpful . Special thanks for Ms.Ozlem Kaymaz (Fatima) the gust relation manager who had arranged our 30th anniversary with wonderful smile. Also Mr. Hasan (Hotel bag carrier) and Mr. Yavuz ( Car parking driver) were very kind. Second, The hotel location is perfect in the heart of the city center.

Everything was very good in Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon. Excellent service. The hotel staff were very good. The room is large and clean. The location of the hotel is very wonderful, close to the markets. The cleanliness in the hotel is very excellent. Honestly, Zorlu Grand Hotel is number (1) in the city of Trabzon.

Everything is walking distance from the hotel restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. We loved everything about the hotel the staff were very friendly and the manager was very helpful to assist us as we were with very big family.
