Location is very convenient, all shopping areas and restaurants are just few steps from the hotel. Breakfast is great with many varieties. staff from the security to reception to housekeeping all are very friendly. I stayed with my family for 10 days and it was very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel wither you are a sole or family traveler. definitely I will come back to this hotel in my near visit to Trabzon,

First of all the hotel staff were very kind and helpful . Special thanks for Ms.Ozlem Kaymaz (Fatima) the gust relation manager who had arranged our 30th anniversary with wonderful smile. Also Mr. Hasan (Hotel bag carrier) and Mr. Yavuz ( Car parking driver) were very kind. Second, The hotel location is perfect in the heart of the city center.

The hotel is one of the best in the city its located right in the downtown. Everything is walking distance from the hotel restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. We loved everything about the hotel the staff were very friendly and the manager was very helpful to assist us as we were with very big family.

Excellent staff, cleaning was good., the location is on the street where there are lots of restaurants and many shops for shopping including famous brands. The hotel also arranges private tour from 3rd party but payment in cash. Will definitely return in future
